SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our standard order processing time is generally 1–3 business days.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and also provide worldwide international shipping.
We do not impose a general restriction on special address types, subject to the selected carrier or local postal service being able to service the address provided.
SHIPPING FEES
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal greater than US$29.97 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$29.97 or less are charged a flat shipping fee of:

The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts have been applied.
DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND VAT
For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT associated with the shipment are borne by Alderrally® / Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd.
Customers are not expected to separately pay these charges where they apply to the shipment.
If you receive an unexpected customs or tax payment request relating to an Alderrally® shipment, please contact us before making payment where reasonably possible.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

For verified seller-responsibility issues, Alderrally® will bear the applicable handling costs and may provide a replacement, reshipment, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

RETURNS
Eligible voluntary returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team.

For non-quality-related or change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition. All originally supplied components and accessories should be included.
Once a return has been approved, the authorized return must be shipped within 3 days after approval.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

REFUNDS
