By visiting our website, using any part of our services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

SECTION 2 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights while using our website or services.
A material breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
SECTION 3 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, restrict account activity, or limit access to the website where reasonably necessary. This may include circumstances involving suspected fraud, payment irregularities, security concerns, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, obvious pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or material violations of these Terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Alderrally® offers motorcycle accessories and related products for riding, storage, lighting, visibility, protection, security, cleaning, maintenance, and other motorcycle-related uses.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, compatibility information, and prices accurately. However, minor variations may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, product revisions, lighting, photography, screen settings, material batches, or other reasonable production differences.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, measurements, compatibility information, installation requirements, and other relevant details before placing an order.
Where a product requires compatibility with a particular motorcycle, handlebar, wheel, electrical system, mounting point, or other component, customers should verify compatibility before purchasing.
SECTION 5 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel unavailable items where reasonably necessary. If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
SECTION 6 — PRICING
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout page.
We reserve the right to change prices before an order has been accepted. Price changes do not affect previously accepted orders except where an obvious pricing error must be corrected and applicable law permits us to do so.
Promotions, discount codes, special offers, and reduced prices may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the promotion.
SECTION 7 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through Alderrally®, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfillment. We may review an order before acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, invalid payment information, duplicate or abnormal orders, shipping restrictions, or legal and regulatory requirements.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 8 — PAYMENT
Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout.
Payment processing may be performed by independent third-party payment providers. We do not directly control the processing systems of those providers.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment and billing information.
We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be successfully verified or if the transaction is flagged for legitimate fraud or security concerns.
SECTION 9 — SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped from China.
The shipping origin does not change the legal identity of the website operator or affect any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
SECTION 10 — ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Additional processing time may occasionally be required because of high order volume, payment verification, inventory issues, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 11 — SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Alderrally® ships to all 50 U.S. states.
We also offer worldwide international shipping.
We do not impose a general restriction on special address types. However, successful delivery remains subject to whether the selected carrier or local postal service can service the address provided at checkout.
SECTION 12 — SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping transit time for orders delivered within the United States is approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.
Estimated shipping transit time for other countries and regions is approximately 10–20 business days after shipment.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, local postal operations, public holidays, peak shopping periods, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 13 — SHIPPING FEES
For orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$29.97 or less, a flat shipping fee of US$2.99 per order applies.
For orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal greater than US$29.97, standard shipping is free.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts are applied.
Taxes, duties, refunded items, cancelled items, and other non-merchandise charges are not included when calculating the free-shipping threshold unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SECTION 14 — DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND VAT
For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT associated with the shipment are borne by Alderrally® / Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd.
Customers are not expected to separately pay these charges where they apply to the shipment.
If you receive an unexpected customs, duty, import tax, or VAT payment request relating to an Alderrally® shipment, please contact us before making payment where reasonably possible.
SECTION 15 — SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
As a general rule, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
If you discover an address error, contact service@alderrally.com as soon as possible. We may attempt to assist before the order enters processing, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
SECTION 16 — ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request cancellation within 48 hours after placing your order.
Cancellation requests must be sent to service@alderrally.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, has been packed, has been handed to a carrier, or has already shipped.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 17 — 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You may request a voluntary return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Your return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
All returns require prior authorization from Alderrally® customer service. Do not send a product back before receiving return approval.
SECTION 18 — ELIGIBILITY FOR VOLUNTARY RETURNS
For non-quality-related or change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition.
The returned product must include all components and accessories originally supplied with it and must be accompanied by reasonable proof of purchase.
Products showing evidence of use, installation damage, modification, misuse, missing components, or avoidable damage may not qualify for a voluntary return.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right that applies under applicable law.
SECTION 19 — RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING DEADLINE
All returns must first be approved by Alderrally® customer service.
To request a return, contact service@alderrally.com.
Once a return is approved, the customer must ship the authorized return within 3 days after approval.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or may experience processing delays.
SECTION 20 — CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN SHIPPING
For eligible returns caused by a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, no longer wanting the product, or another reason that is not attributable to Alderrally®, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
SECTION 21 — DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Contact us at service@alderrally.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other relevant evidence where reasonably available.
For verified seller-responsibility issues, Alderrally® will bear the applicable handling costs and may provide a replacement, reshipment, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
The 7-day reporting request does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 23 — REFUNDS
After an authorized return is received, we will inspect the returned item.
If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. These additional processing times are controlled by the financial institution or payment provider and are outside our direct control.
SECTION 24 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers may be subject to start and end dates, product eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, one-time-use restrictions, customer eligibility requirements, or other conditions stated at the time of the promotion.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
We may correct obvious promotional or pricing errors where permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, content available through Alderrally®, including the Alderrally® brand name, logos, graphics, website text, photographs, product presentation, layouts, designs, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected content without appropriate authorization except where permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 26 — USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
Submitted content must not infringe third-party rights, contain malicious code, be unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or contain confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.
We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, third parties, or our legal rights.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality, security, checkout functionality, analytics, and other enabled services.

Some Alderrally® products are motorcycle accessories that require proper installation, compatibility checks, maintenance, or safe use.
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility, reviewing supplied instructions, installing products securely, checking mounting hardware, and ensuring that accessories do not interfere with steering, braking, suspension, tires, lighting, electrical systems, visibility, or other safety-critical motorcycle components.
Professional installation should be obtained where appropriate.
Nothing in our product descriptions replaces motorcycle manufacturer instructions, professional installation advice, applicable safety guidance, or road-use laws.
SECTION 32 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, services, and products are provided subject to the warranties, representations, guarantees, and consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
We do not exclude any statutory warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce mandatory consumer protection rights.
SECTION 33 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, services, or products where such liability may legally be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
SECTION 34 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd. and its applicable affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful use of the website or your material breach of these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

You may stop using our website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or other legitimate legal or operational reasons.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Your Privacy Choices page, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of Alderrally® and related services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific policy concerning a particular matter, the more specific policy will apply to that matter unless applicable law requires otherwise.
SECTION 38 — NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 39 — MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or replace mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
Where applicable consumer protection law grants rights or remedies that are more favorable than these Terms, those mandatory legal rights and remedies will continue to apply.

Subject to applicable mandatory laws and conflict-of-laws rules, these Terms of Service and disputes arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of mainland China.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not exclude or restrict any rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where applicable conflict-of-laws rules require the laws of your habitual residence or another jurisdiction to apply, those rules will prevail. Any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you, including under relevant U.S. federal or state laws, remain unaffected.
If you have a concern or dispute, we encourage you to contact us at service@alderrally.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Contacting customer service is not a mandatory condition for exercising your legal rights and does not extend or shorten any applicable legal deadline.
Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts with lawful jurisdiction in Beijing, China, may hear disputes relating to these Terms on a non-exclusive basis. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in China or prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before courts in their place of residence where applicable law permits.
Nothing in this section limits your right to contact a competent consumer protection authority or seek any remedy available under mandatory applicable law.
SECTION 41 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations, technology, legal requirements, or applicable policies.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective or update date where appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued where prohibited by applicable law.
