These Terms of Purchase (“Purchase Terms”) apply to purchases made through alderrally.com and form part of the agreement between you and Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of Alderrally®.
Throughout these Purchase Terms, “Alderrally®,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order through our website.
By placing an order through Alderrally®, you agree to these Purchase Terms, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly referenced during checkout.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase.

SECTION 2 — SCOPE OF THESE PURCHASE TERMS
These Purchase Terms apply to orders placed directly through alderrally.com.
They cover matters including product information, pricing, payment, order acceptance, order processing, shipping, delivery, cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, returns, refunds, and other matters directly connected with a purchase.
Separate website-use matters are governed by our Terms of Service.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS
Alderrally® sells motorcycle accessories and related products for riding, storage, lighting, visibility, security, protection, cleaning, maintenance, and other motorcycle-related uses.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, photographs, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, materials, colors, package contents, and other relevant product details.
Minor differences may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, product updates, photography, lighting conditions, device displays, or reasonable production variations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product page before ordering and confirming that the selected product is suitable for their intended use.
SECTION 4 — MOTORCYCLE COMPATIBILITY
Some Alderrally® products depend on specific measurements or motorcycle configurations.
Before ordering, customers should review any stated requirements relating to handlebar diameter, wheel size, brake-disc dimensions, electrical voltage, mounting points, available installation space, luggage-rack dimensions, or other compatibility factors.
Where compatibility information is provided as “universal,” “universal-style,” or similar wording, this does not mean that the product will fit every motorcycle without exception.
You remain responsible for checking the relevant measurements and specifications before purchase.
SECTION 5 — PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Certain products may require mechanical or electrical installation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly and securely and do not interfere with steering, braking, suspension, wheels, tires, lighting, electrical systems, exhaust components, visibility, or other safety-critical motorcycle functions.
Professional installation should be obtained where appropriate.
Product descriptions and installation guidance do not replace the instructions or safety requirements of your motorcycle manufacturer.
SECTION 6 — PRICES
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout page.
We may change prices before an order is accepted.
A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error must be corrected and applicable law permits correction.
Promotional prices and discounts may be subject to additional conditions displayed on the website.
SECTION 7 — DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes, promotional prices, limited-time offers, or other discounts may have specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or product restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after applicable merchandise discounts are applied.
SECTION 8 — PLACING AN ORDER
When you submit an order through alderrally.com, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Purchase Terms.
You are responsible for checking your order information before completing checkout, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and contact details.
Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance.
SECTION 9 — ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE
After you place an order, you may receive an electronic order confirmation.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.
We may review an order before acceptance for legitimate purposes such as payment verification, fraud prevention, product availability, shipping feasibility, or correction of an obvious error.
SECTION 10 — RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, invalid payment information, suspected fraud, security concerns, obvious pricing errors, duplicate or abnormal orders, legal restrictions, or circumstances that make fulfillment impossible.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
SECTION 11 — PAYMENT
Payment must be made through a payment method available at checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment and billing information.
If a payment cannot be verified, is declined, or is flagged for legitimate security reasons, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
SECTION 12 — ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Additional processing time may occasionally be required due to order volume, inventory issues, payment verification, public holidays, logistics disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 13 — SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped from China.
Shipping origin does not change the identity of the seller or the consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
SECTION 14 — SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We also provide worldwide international shipping.
We do not impose a general restriction on special address types. However, successful delivery remains subject to the ability of the selected carrier or local postal service to service the address provided at checkout.
SECTION 15 — SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping transit time for United States orders is approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.
Estimated transit time for orders to other countries and regions is approximately 10–20 business days after shipment.
These are estimated delivery periods and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping may be affected by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, local postal operations, public holidays, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 16 — SHIPPING FEES
For orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of US$29.97 or less, the standard shipping fee is US$2.99 per order.
For orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal greater than US$29.97, standard shipping is free.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts have been applied.
Unless otherwise stated, taxes, refunds, cancelled items, or other non-merchandise amounts do not count toward the threshold.
SECTION 17 — CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND VAT
For international shipments, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT associated with the shipment are borne by Alderrally® / Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd.
Customers are not expected to separately pay these charges where they apply to the shipment.
If you receive an unexpected customs, import-tax, or VAT payment request relating to an Alderrally® order, please contact service@alderrally.com before making payment where reasonably possible.
SECTION 18 — SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
As a general rule, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
If you discover an error, contact service@alderrally.com as soon as possible.
We may attempt to assist if the order has not yet entered processing, but we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible.
SECTION 19 — ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request cancellation within 48 hours after placing your order.
Cancellation requests must be sent to service@alderrally.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing, has been packed, has been transferred to a carrier, or has shipped.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 20 — DELIVERY AND TRACKING
Where tracking information is available, it may be provided after the order has been shipped.
Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
A delivery estimate shown by us or the carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
SECTION 21 — DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking indicates an unexpected delay or delivery issue, please contact us at service@alderrally.com.
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Customers should also review the shipping address provided at checkout and cooperate with reasonable carrier inquiries where necessary.
SECTION 22 — DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs or other relevant evidence where reasonably available.
For a verified seller-responsibility issue, Alderrally® will bear the applicable handling costs and may provide a replacement, reshipment, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
The 7-day reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
SECTION 23 — INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product different from the product ordered, contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide your order number and reasonable evidence showing the item received.
For a verified incorrect shipment caused by us, we will bear the applicable handling costs and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, reshipment, or refund.
SECTION 24 — MISSING ITEMS
If an order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide your order number and details of the missing product.
Once verified, we may arrange a reshipment, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
SECTION 25 — VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You may request a voluntary return within 30 days after receiving your order.
The return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.
All returns require prior authorization from Alderrally®.
Do not send a product back before receiving return approval.
SECTION 26 — CONDITION OF CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For a voluntary return that is not caused by product quality, damage, incorrect shipment, or another seller-responsibility issue, the product must be unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition.
All originally supplied parts, accessories, and components should be included.
A product showing evidence of use, installation damage, modification, misuse, missing components, or avoidable damage may not qualify for a voluntary return.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 27 — RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Once your return has been approved, the authorized return must be shipped within 3 days after approval.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or may experience processing delays.
SECTION 28 — RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For a change-of-mind or other eligible non-quality-related return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
For verified seller-responsibility issues such as damage, incorrect shipment, or missing items, Alderrally® will bear the applicable handling costs.

SECTION 30 — RETURN INSPECTION
After an authorized return is received, we will inspect the product to confirm its condition and whether it satisfies the applicable return requirements.
Where additional information is reasonably necessary to process the return, we may contact you.
SECTION 31 — REFUNDS
If an authorized return is approved after receipt and inspection, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not control processing times imposed by financial institutions.
SECTION 32 — REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, we may contact you regarding an alternative method where legally and operationally appropriate.
SECTION 33 — NON-REFUNDABLE ORIGINAL SHIPPING
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
This provision does not apply where applicable law requires reimbursement or where the return results from a verified seller-responsibility issue.
SECTION 34 — MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Purchase Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or replace mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where consumer protection law grants you stronger or additional rights, those mandatory rights remain available to you.
The voluntary 30-day return policy is separate from any statutory rights that may apply to defective, misdescribed, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming products.
SECTION 35 — PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE
Motorcycle products must be used only for their intended purposes.
You should inspect accessories before use and discontinue use if a product is damaged, loose, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe.
Products should not be installed or used in a way that interferes with safe motorcycle operation.
Always comply with applicable road-use, vehicle, lighting, registration, and equipment laws.
SECTION 36 — WARRANTY AND STATUTORY REMEDIES
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes any statutory warranty, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a product is subject to mandatory consumer guarantees or warranty rights under applicable law, those rights remain unaffected.
Any additional product-specific warranty, if offered, will be stated separately on the relevant product page or accompanying documentation.
SECTION 37 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from a purchase where such liability may legally be limited.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
SECTION 38 — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, reviewing product specifications, verifying compatibility, following installation instructions, and using products safely.
Customers should retain reasonable proof of purchase when seeking order support, returns, refunds, or other remedies.
SECTION 39 — FRAUD AND ABUSE
We may investigate and take reasonable action regarding suspected fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, unauthorized payment methods, return abuse, or other misuse of our purchasing systems.
Orders may be delayed, refused, or cancelled where reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment systems, or our business from fraud or unlawful activity.
SECTION 40 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information may be used for order processing, payment verification, shipping, customer service, returns, refunds, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and other purposes described in that policy.
Alderrally® does not currently send promotional marketing emails or promotional marketing SMS messages.

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, operations, shipping practices, legal obligations, or other business requirements.
Updated Purchase Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective or update date where appropriate.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued where prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 42 — RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES
These Purchase Terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference.
Where a specific policy contains more detailed provisions concerning a particular matter, that specific policy will apply to that matter unless applicable law requires otherwise.
SECTION 43 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Purchases made through alderrally.com are made with Beijing Pengluoyiyi Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Beijing, China, which owns and operates Alderrally®.
Subject to applicable mandatory laws and conflict-of-laws rules, these Purchase Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase are governed by the laws of mainland China.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not exclude or restrict any rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where applicable conflict-of-laws rules require the laws of your habitual residence or another jurisdiction to apply, those rules will prevail. Any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you, including under relevant U.S. federal or state laws, remain unaffected.
This section does not limit any mandatory rights concerning delivery, cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds, defective or non-conforming goods, or statutory guarantees.
If you have a purchase-related concern or dispute, we encourage you to contact us at service@alderrally.com with your order number and a description of the issue so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Contacting customer service is not a mandatory condition for exercising your legal rights and does not extend or shorten any applicable legal deadline.
Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts with lawful jurisdiction in Beijing, China, may hear purchase-related disputes on a non-exclusive basis. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in China or prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before courts in their place of residence where applicable law permits.
Nothing in this section limits your right to contact a competent consumer protection authority, exercise rights available through your payment provider, or seek any remedy available under mandatory applicable law.
